The Old Room With A New Look

Before you buy a new apartment/ house you usually go for a viewing. You walk from room to room and you let your imagination fly… «This would be a nice bedroom» … «This room could be my new office» … «In this kitchen I can make great dinners for my family and friends»… and so on.

However, once you actually own the apartment/house, it can often be difficult to make each room «right». Are any of the 4 following scenarios familiar?

• SCENE 1 – Can’t open the door!
  Sometimes the office or the guest room unwillingly turns into a storage room for your vacuum cleaner, the laundry basket, your big winter jackets, boots and camping equipment – and you can almost not open the door.
• SCENE 2 – Can’t walk in there!
  Sometimes the basement living-room with the cozy fireplace turns into a place you just keep your bike, your skis, your snowboard, your garden chairs and empty suitcases – and you can’t even walk in there.
• SCENE 3 – No baby pink! No baby blue!
  Or you have a storage room, which you want to turn into a beautiful nursery or a cool room for your little girl or boy but you don’t know how or what to do or get – but you know you don’t want baby pink or baby blue.
• SCENE 4 – No room for guests!
  Or you have an office, which you never really use and now you would like to turn it into a relaxing reading room filled with your books or maybe turn it into a charming guest room but you can’t really figure out the floor plan and how to use the space right.

I OFFER A TWO-VISIT CONSULTATION:

First visit

I visit you to see, analyze and measure up the room or rooms, listen to your needs and then make you an alternative floor plan of how to use the room(s) better.

Second visit

I will present you a plan, which shows you how to re-arrange, tidy up, throw out and freshen up your room with the right colors or wallpaper, correct lighting and smart organization. I will also provide general ideas for more functional furniture. In short: I will develop a concept for your room(s) – no matter which size or function it/they should have.

PRICE:
3000,- kroner ex. mva. for 1 room; an additional 2000,- ex.mva. per room for the next 3 room; an additional 1000,- ex.mva. per room for the next unlimited numbers of rooms.

In addition comes a fee of 500,- kroner ex.mva. per trip outside a diameter of up to 50 kilometers from the center of Oslo.

NB! At the end of the first visit, you pay the fee for the entire The Old Room With A New Look package by debit- or credit card and we book an appointment for the second visit. I will bring my iZettle payment card reader and you will receive a receipt on E-mail.
