In many cases, clients I work for need my advice in order to be brave enough to try something else than white or beige. We need to find a harmony of colors that go together with your furniture, your art and pictures, the light in your home and so on.

I OFFER A TWO-VISIT CONSULTATION:

First visit
We talk about colors, how they function and influence us. We discuss your taste and preferences in order to find the colors, which suit your rooms or your apartment/house as a whole. Finally we decide on a few color samples that you should buy and try out – according to my test-method – until we meet for the second visit.

Second visit
We evaluate the work you have done with the color samples, discuss options if we are not entirely satisfied and make the final decisions for your new colors.

PRICES:
For private home owners: 3000,- kroner ex. mva. for an apartment up to 50 square meters room; an additional 2000,- ex.mva. for apartments/ houses up to 100 square meters; an additional 3000,- ex.mva. for apartments/ houses up to 200 square meters; 4000,- ex.mva. for apartments/ houses above 200 square meters.

For businesses and corporations: 4000,- kroner ex. mva. for a business environment up to 200 square meters; an additional 3000,- ex.mva. for a business environment up to 500 square meters; an additional 500,- ex.mva. for every additional 100 square meters above 500 square meters.

In addition comes a fee of 500,- kroner ex.mva. per trip outside a diameter of up to 50 kilometers from the center of Oslo.

NB! For private home owners: By the end of the first visit, you pay by debit- or credit card and we book an appointment for the second visit. First visit

I visit you to see, analyze and measure up the room or rooms, listen to your needs and then make you an alternative floor plan of how to use the room(s) better.

Second visit

I will present you a plan, which shows you how to re-arrange, tidy up, throw out and freshen up your room with the right colors or wallpaper, correct lighting and smart organization. I will also provide general ideas for more functional furniture. In short: I will develop a concept for your room(s) – no matter which size or function it/they should have.

PRICE:
3000,- kroner ex. mva. for 1 room; an additional 2000,- ex.mva. per room for the next 3 room; an additional 1000,- ex.mva. per room for the next 20 rooms.

In addition comes a fee of 500,- kroner ex.mva. per trip outside a diameter of up to 50 kilometers from the center of Oslo.

Sometimes when you want to refurbish one or a couple of rooms in your apartment/house, you step by step see how all of your rooms are connected with each other. You see how the entrance-door, the hallway, the corridors, the stairs, the doors, doorframes etc. are important parts «belonging» to the individual rooms and the rest of the apartment/house as a whole.

This happens because your «interior-eyes» are opening up to the need of harmony, balance and most importantly – the need for a coherent connection in your home.

I OFFER A THREE-VISIT CONSULTATION:

First visit

I come to see, analyze and measure up your entire apartment/house, in order to develop and draw a full floor plan with necessary, accompanying elevation drawings of all your rooms.

During the first visit, we talk and discuss your preferences, personal taste and wishes. We talk about your functional needs and practical use of your rooms and the apartment/house as a whole. In other words, I will ask you quite a few questions about you and your home. If you need some time to find your answers, then you can always E-mail me after the first visit.

Second visit

I present a complete design concept to you – floor plans, color charts and advice on paint colors and wallpapers, suggestions for furniture, lighting and accessories. All this is combined with ideas and advice for a possible re-organization/re-use of rooms, removing or building of walls, half walls etc. We discuss my presentation and I note down wishes you may have for alterations and changes, which I then integrate into the final presentation.

Third visit

I present the final design concept.

PS! Additional visits and additional design concept options and presentations come with an added cost. This can be discussed during the third visit.

PRICE:
12.000,- kroner ex. mva. for up to 4 rooms and then an additional 3000,- ex.mva. for each additional room.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

The Complete Design Concept is an «on paper only» full design plan for your apartment/house. It includes everything mentioned above and it is entirely up to you to execute the work whenever you wish to do so. The Complete Design Concept package does not include the actual, physical work done by professionals or anyone else. If you have such needs, then please read about the package below: The Full Service Package.

This service consist of the same elements as the Complete Design Concept mentioned above. In addition, I offer to assist you in finding the appropriate contractors, skilled craftsmen and necessary workers for executing the practical side of the design concept. Before the work begins I will have a meeting with these professionals to explain your wishes and the design plan. If you need it, I can also do follow-ups of the progress of the work throughout the refurbishment process. In addition, The Full Service Package also includes that I contact professional carpenters and the like, if we wish/need to make custom-made built-in furniture, shelves etc.

The package also includes my assistance in searching for the right furniture, accessories, materials, fabrics and other relevant design elements, to order and/or buy it for you and make sure it is delivered at your desired address.

Finally the package includes a unique Welcome-to-your-New-Home! styling – a professional installation in order to give you that exciting feeling of WOW! when you see your new home.

PRICE:
Starts at 18.000,- kroner ex. mva. Further details and a final price estimate will be provided in a tailored offer after the first consultation.

If you wish to have a truly unique cake for your special occasion, then I know a professional pastry chef who will bake a delicious, sweet and visually amazing dreamcake with a unique and personal design and cute and funny figurines – for any occasion or event.

The food

I even know two great amateur cooks who could give you a unique taste of the French-Moroccan cuisine – cooked right there and then in your own kitchen. It is not a gourmet catering service; it’s just a fabulous «homemade» meal.
